1.1 – The floors in the balcony and living room will be covered with Antiqua stone tiles (beige), grouted with cement.

1.2 - The floors in the bedrooms and all the upstairs area, BWC, utility room and restroom will be covered with light beige 30 x 30cm (PEI 4) rustic ceramic tiles with grouting of the same color.

1.3 – The floor of the stairway steps will be made of planks of ipê.

2.1 – The outside walls will be partly covered with white brick-effect ceramic tiles, and the rest will be coated with Ibratin thin Etruscan textured paint. See the colors and the definition of the coating in the detailed project. The colors may be altered if the customer so wishes.

2.2 - The inside walls of the hall, living rooms and bedrooms will be coated with rustic plaster and painted with washable white paint with details painted with Coral Plus (or a similar product) in colors to be chosen by the owner.

2.3 - The inside walls of the restrooms, BWC and utility rooms will be covered with white 10 x 10cm enameled ceramic tiles, with white grouting.

3.1 – All outside frames and the doorframes of the Chalets will be made of ipê, with a matt varnish finish, or jatobá ready for painting with synthetic enamel paint.

3.2 – The outside doors and windows will be of the vertical Venetian type (6cm) with colorless glass panes (4 to 6mm depending on the width of the groove).

3.3 – The faces of the inside doors will be made of solid sheets of ipê with a matt varnish finish, or will be laminates covered with imbuia ready for varnishing or left untreated for painting with synthetic enamel paint.

3.4 - The guardrail on the balconies will be made from treated eucalyptus poles (10 to 13cm in diameter), as shown in the detailed image (see project).

4.1 – The skirting boards and casings in the rooms and bedrooms will be made of Ipê, with a matt varnish finish or of the same ceramic as the floor.
- Skirting board – Height: 10cm, plain finish

4.2 - The skirting boards in the wet areas (BWC, Restroom and Utility Room) will be made from the same granite as the benches, and will be 10cm high (plain finish).

4.3 – The casings will have the same finish as the doors, and will measure 8cm wide with a plain finish.

5.1 - The roof of the chalets will be made of a flat slab with a massaranduba structure to support a roof made of white colonial style ceramic roof tiles, and the balconies will be “Bahian style” and covered with the same roof tiles. The balcony columns will be made from treated eucalyptus poles (16 to 19cm in diameter).

6.1 – The benches in the Kitchen, BWC and Utility Room will be made from granite (light beige), to be chosen, with a 10 cm high front edge and a 20 cm high backboard made from the same granite.

7.1 – The sanitary equipment will be white, manufactured by Deca (or a similar brand), from a product range to be chosen by the customer.

7.2 – The washbasins will be white, oval, manufactured by Deca (or a similar brand).

7.3 - The fittings will be chrome-plated, manufactured by Deca (or a similar brand), from the “C43” range.

7.4 – The basins in the kitchen benches will be medium-sized, rectangular and made of stainless steel.

7.5 - The laundry equipment will be made from white resin.

1.1 – The floor of the entrance hall, fitness room, storerooms and circulation area will be covered with light beige rustic enameled ceramic tiles.

1.2 - The inside floor of the apartments will be covered with light beige enameled ceramic tiles, with grouting of the same color.

1.3 – The floor of the penthouses will be covered with beige 50 x 50cm Antiqua stone tiles, grouted with cement.

1.4 – the floor of the BWCs in the penthouse will be tiled with the same ceramic as the apartment.

2.1 – The outside walls will be partly covered with ivory colored enameled ceramic tiles and the rest will be coated with Ibratin thin Etruscan textured paint.

2.2 - The inside walls of the apartments will be smoothly plastered, filled with PVA filler and painted with washable paint.

2.3 - The inside walls of the restrooms, BWC, kitchen eating areas and utility rooms will be covered with white enameled ceramic tiles, with white grouting.

2.4 – The walls of the penthouses will be coated with Ibratin thin Etruscan textured paint in the color chosen by the customer, with details in ivory colored enameled ceramic tiles.

2.5 - The walls of the stairways will be covered with enameled ceramic up to a height of 1.50m.

2.6 - The common walls of the circulation areas will be coated with Ibratin thin Etruscan textured paint in the color chosen by the customer.

3.1 - All outside frames and the doorframes of the apartment blocks will be made of black anodized aluminum and will slide to open. The window panes will be made of 4mm smoked glass and the door panes will be made of 6mm smoked glass.

3.2 – The inside doorframes will be made from jatobá, ready for painting with white synthetic enamel paint.

3.3 - The faces of the inside doors will be untreated laminates for painting with white synthetic enamel paint.

4.1 - The inside skirting boards, throughout all the building will be made of the same ceramic as the floor, with a height of 10cm, except for the BWCs and the kitchen eating areas which will be fitted with skirting boards made from the same granite as the benches, with a height of 10cm, and a plain finish.

4.2 - The door casings will have the same finish as the doors, and will measure 8cm wide with a plain finish.

5.1 - The roof of the chalets will be made of a flat slab with a massaranduba structure to support a roof made of plain tiles, with gutters at the side (the roof slopes 2 ways). A brick border will be built at the top of the outside walls to the same height as the crown of the roof.

6.1 - The benches in the Kitchen, BWC and Utility Room will be made from granite (black or Ubatuba green with a 10 cm high front edge and a 20 cm high backboard made from the same granite.

7.1 - The sanitary equipment will be white, manufactured by Deca (or a similar brand), from a product range to be chosen by the customer.

7.2 - The washbasins will be white, oval, manufactured by Deca (or a similar brand).

7.3 - The fittings will be chrome-plated, manufactured by Deca, from the “C43” range.

7.4 - The basins in the kitchen benches will be medium-sized, rectangular and made of stainless steel.

7.5 - The laundry equipment will me made from white resin.

1.1 – The floor of the large veranda will be made of plain polished concrete slabs, joined together with ipê slats, and the application of blue and yellow decorated hydraulic tiles.

1.2 – The floor of the circular deck will be made of Antiqua stone tiles (beige).

1.3 - The floor of the support area / utility room / kitchen and eating area / bar / BWC / sauna / storerooms / changing rooms will be covered with light beige enameled ceramic tiles with grouting of the same color.

1.4 – The floor of the overhanging deck will be made from ipê planks, fixed to the wooden structure using brass screws.

1.5 – The floor of the swimming pool will be covered with (2 x 2cm) “Sassarí” tiles in steadily varying shades of blue.

1.6 – The floor of the bar and restaurant will be covered will aged wooden planks.

2.1 – The walls of the support areas will be painted with blue Ibratin thin Etruscan textured paint.

2.2 – The walls of the BWC / sauna will be covered with white enameled ceramic tiles.

2.3 - The walls of the kitchen will be covered with white enameled ceramic tiles.

2.4 - The walls beyond the service support areas will be covered with stone.

2.5 – The parapets at the bars will be covered with natural white ceramic brick tiles.

2.6 – The other walls will be plastered with rustic plaster and painted with blue Coral Plus paint.

3.1 - All outside frames and the doorframes in the leisure areas will be made of Ipê, with a matt varnish finish, or jatobá ready for painting with synthetic enamel paint.

3.2 – The windows will be of the vertical Venetian type (6cm) with colorless glass panes (4 to 6mm depending on the width of the groove).

3.3 - The faces of the inside doors will be made of solid sheets of ipê with a matt varnish finish, or will be laminates covered with imbuia ready for varnishing or left untreated for painting with synthetic enamel paint.

4.1 - The skirting boards and casings in the leisure area will be made of ipê, with a matt varnish finish except for the wet areas (BWCs and the kitchen eating areas), which will be made from the same granite as the benches.

5.1 – The roof of the large veranda in the leisure area will be made of straw with an independent structure made from treated eucalyptus and massaranduba poles.
The roofs of the support areas will be made of a flat slab with a massaranduba structure.
The roof tiles will be white colonial type and parts will be made from rustic trellises with a treated eucalyptus poles effect (see details on the floor plans).

6.1 - The benches in the kitchen, BWC and bar will be made from granite (light beige), to be chosen, with a 10 cm high front edge and a 20 cm high backboard made from the same granite.

6.2 – The bar top will made from rustic wood (5cm thick planks of ipê).

7.1 - The sanitary equipment will be white, manufactured by Deca, from the Monte Carlo range.

7.2 - The washbasins will be white, oval, manufactured by Deca.

7.3 - The fittings will be chrome-plated, manufactured by Deca, from the “C43” range.
